New Toys!

We purchased some new toys, uh I mean, photography equipment this week, so we started playing around with it last night. It's also sort of practice for a photo session tomorrow afternoon.

'Cause I love These and My New Hubby!

Todd did such an awesome job with my bridal images. I'd love to post all of them, but then that would be silly wouldn't it!

These are Killing Me!

I can't stop posting What the Duck comics! Hellllp! www.whattheduck.net

Okay That's It!

And of course, I've transferred all posts from the old blog backwards, so you really should start with the last post under the month of August! Well unless you like being backwards.

Fun Photo Session (From a June Post)

My friend Angela was up for some new photos of herself, and come to find out, she's done some modeling before! Lucky me to have a subject with experience! Well we all had a blast with her photo session and she was a great sport through all of it. Thanks Angela!

Some More Old Posts

I just didn't want to give up these old posts!

The Whole Family!

Had a lot of fun this past Saturday taking some family photos of my good friend. The kids were great and very well behaved, and so patient! Such a lovely family, and I can't wait to finish these up to present to them. We also got to partake in the ice cream party after the photo session, since a little princess was celebrating her birthday. ;)

You Think You're Prepared...

When you shoot your first wedding, but no matter how much you prepare, you're really not! Boy what a chaotic day! We practiced, prepped and discussed how everything was going to go, but ya know with weddings, nothing is ever on time.

But, we had a great time taking the photos, and sharing such a special moment with this family. It's a real honor to be involved in something so special, being in the moment with this family. You almost feel like you're intruding, but the trick is, they asked you to be there!

Todd and I had a great time catching these special memories. So much so that we barely stopped for a break, and scarfed a late night meal at some local restaurant after we were done shooting.

We're really looking forward to finishing these up, and presenting them to the clients, and also to our next wedding!

Playing Catchup

Or, uh some transferring over. I've decided to switch blog sites, because this one is just fabulous!

Trash the Dress!

It's a new idea that's sweeping the nation! You say, "Why in the world would you want to trash your wedding dress?", I say "Why are you going to use it again?".

Seriously though, Todd and I used my old dress from my first wedding, and I tell you, we didn't get a lick of dirt on it. So we make you lay on the ground, on trees, climb things, maybe get into the water....but the images that come out of it are so worth it!

What the Duck!

A friend on Flickr turned me on to the What the Duck comic! It's so perfect! I think i'm definitely hooked! You can check out more What the Duck comics at www.whattheduck.net.

Married? Yes Married!

Todd and I tied the knot officially this past Saturday! What a blast!! It was such a beautiful day. A little hot, but beautiful blue skies and clouds in the sky. I had the jitters, but after a couple of mimosas, those wore off. Todd was more nervous about everything going as planned.

After the ceremony, we hit the Royal Pacific Hotel for some tropi-drinks and hanging out at the pool. We didn't want to leave the pool, because it was so awesome, but we did have to get ready for dinner at Emeril's, which was a blast too!

We were both really sad, that the weekend was over with, but enjoyed every minute of it.
Here are a couple of photos that Todd made last night. My flowers were still in good shape, so we decided to get me back in my wedding dress and out to make some images!
