Michelle and Andrew

Michelle and Andrew are getting married on July 10, 2010 at the Don Cesar Resort. It's such a beautiful hotel and location with so much history that we can see why Michelle fell in love with it. They wanted to get a head start on their engagement photos so that they could send out their announcements.

The weather cooperated beautifully and we had such a fun time with these two that we totally lost track of time. The beach was gorgeous and even better to enjoy it after the shoot with our new friends over some appetizers and techno music by the pool.

Thanks to both of you for a wonderful time and we can't wait to meet up with you again. Certainly before the wedding!

Off To the Beach

This weekend we're headed to St. Petersburg to stay at the Larelle House Bed and Breakfast and to do an engagement session for Michelle and Matt. They're planning on getting married at the Don Cesar in a couple of years, and want to get a head start with their engagement announcements.

The beaches are really gorgeous for photo sessions, and of course we'll be partaking in some relaxation time and enjoyment of what downtown St. Petersburg has to offer!

What the Duck

So I'm a big fan of the "What the Duck" comic strip. Always imagining myself as a comic duck, it was perfect to find that they're accepting entries of yourself as a duck. Each week a winner is picked and receives a "What the Duck" t-shirt. I just submitted my entry yesterday and am keeping my fingers crossed that I'll win this week's contest. Wish me luck!

The Kid's First Concert

Well the first great news we have, is that we're having a girl! We found out pretty early at almost 12 weeks, and Todd is adjusting to the fact that he's going to have a little girl. He's very excited and is going to be very protective.

Last week, Todd's favorite band was in town and we made the trip to Tampa to see them. The Cure, even thought they've been around for over twenty years, put on a fantastic show with three encores! We had so much fun and were joking about this being our daughter's first concert. She may not have been able to hear it yet, but we're sure she felt the music.

Of course we had to capture some images of the evening so that we can share it with her in the future.

A Beautiful Couple=

A beautiful baby girl on the way. Michelle and Jose are expecting their first child in July. This lucky baby girl is also the first grandchild for both sets of parents, so she is certainly going to be spoiled with love! Congratulations to Michelle and Jose on the upcoming addition to their family.

Urban Maternity Photo Session

While Todd was away for Memorial Day weekend, I got together with a friend from a local photography group. She is expecting another boy in July which will be her last child, so she wanted to get as many maternity photos done as possible. Liza has some experience in modeling as well, so she was really giving the camera some great moves. We had a lot of fun and her son Brenden was along for the session as well. He's going to be a great big brother.
